Once prescreen is qualified, then we schedule a call to learn about the candidate. Though we have already tested the communication from the discussion and above tests but here we again double check on Language, Personality and communication interview. Talent must be able to read, write and speak English extremely well. There should be dearth of joining the community for doing the great work and proactiveness is important to do the IT projects.

We may consult with former managers or HR to know about the candidate ability and work ethics along with authorization to work in the country.
